Provide security technical guidance to product team. · Able to lead engineers and the product teams, and work well with product management to define product requirements, make tradeoffs required to meet business objectives and deliver market-leading products. · Work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation. ·Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. ·Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s business and use such knowledge to express opinions on future direction and strategy. · Identify risks associated with various strategies on both technical and business issues and recommend a course of action. Qualifications and Requirements: ·Requires a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in programming software. ·Experience in design, development and managing software projects. ·A thorough knowledge of software development with a minimum of 10 years relevant security software experience. ·Experience with common forms of cryptographic programming techniques, common authentication methods and Internet-related security practices, such as DMZ deployments, are required. ·Relevant experience with security related industry standards and practices, includes FIPS-140, Common Criteria, SSL, HTTPS, RSA SecureId, Kerberos, PAM, PKI, Smart-cards, biometrics, SAML, WS-Security, NTLM. ·Experience with Windows and web-based software development is a must ·Experience with security-related software products ·Proficient with common software development languages, including C and C++; Java and other language experience is a plus.
