As a Network Security Analyst, you will work as a member of a team in ICSA Labs, testing and evaluating products on varying platforms against published standards and criteria. You will be exposed to numerous mature and new-to-market products and interact with industry leading security product managers and developers. Requirements: ** Must be willing to relocate to the Mechanicsburg, PA area at own expense. ** Must already be authorized to work in the US without restrictions, and in possession of appropriate documentation. (** = Non-negotiable) - System/Network Administration experience with Unix AND Microsoft OSs - Practical experience implementing and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks, including good understanding of Internet protocols (IP, TCP/UDP/ICMP, common services) at the packet level - Network Security knowledge - Clue and a drive to learn Analyst duties include repeated installation and configuration of network security devices and services, and involve problem solving and troubleshooting of security issues. The ability to express complex technical concepts clearly in both written and spoken English is required. You must be able to independently read and comprehend technical materials in order to stay abreast of the continuously changing body of security knowledge.
