I am looking for a security position that provides the opportunity to
enhance my technical skills and provide real-world experience while pursuing
a masters degree in information security and CISSP

I have 8 years experience managing and securing Windows NT/2000 systems and
networks. I also have roughly two years administering some Unix systems
(FreeBSD, Solaris). I am experienced with Cisco PIX, Checkpoint NG on Nokia
and Netscreen firewalls as well as Cisco routers and switches.

As both a corporate network administrator and independent consultant, I have
written security policies, evaluated networks, penetrated systems and
provided reports on NT/2000 network vulnerabilities. I have also built
secure Windows NT/2000 systems for use on the Internet... none of which have
    been penetrated.

I received my first formal training on Windows NT in 1995 and Microsoft
certification in 1997. My experience with TCP/IP dates back to 1994 when I
began building and hosting web sites. My experience with TCP/IP dates back
to 1994 when I installed a Cisco 2500 to bridge ethernet and token ring
networks. I am very well versed in DNS, SMTP, routing, VPNs and wireless
networks. I have designed, built and managed networks for both small
businesses and multinational corporations. I have experience managing NT
systems in an 8,500 employee global WAN. I have participated in two Active
    Directory migrations.

If you're looking for someone to grow into a senior security engineer, check
out the resume at http://resume.rasquel.com then give me a call!

    Sincerely,
