position is located in central NJ. This is a 6 month(expected to go long 
term) contract for an NT security expert. The person will be NT 
certified.  NT scripting experience required.   The candidate will set up 
FTP infrastructure (File Transfer Protocol) including the security of this 
infrastructure.  The candidate will be using PKI security and other kinds
