    I'm looking for a mid-level LAN/WAN design engineer with the
    following quals for work in the washington dc area.
    
    - BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science w/ 8-10 years of
    experience, or
      MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science w/ 6-8 years of
    experience
      No Substitutions for Degree - this is a fundamental requirement
      Prefer degrees from non-correspondence programs
    
    - Sound background in security-related networking and design engineering
    activities
    - Sound background in secure communications
    - Should have solid understanding of relevant government security
    requirements, standards and best practices
    - Previous usage of Common Criteria, Policy/Security Requirements
      Development is a Plus
    
    - Task Leader Technical Leadership Experience; focus is still on your
    technical qualifications though
    - US Citizen
    - Either has a SECRET or above clearance, or has held a SECRET or above
    clearance within the last two years
    - Previous Military is a Plus
    - No Relocation Allowances, sorry :(
    
    Salary is dependent upon educational credentials, relevant certs, and job
    experience
    
    This is an exciting position with high visibility within our company and for
    a new customer.  People skills are of some importance, but technical
    background is primary.  If you're a little rusty on your network engineering
    design skills, this is not the job for you.  We are interested in people who
    have stayed up to speed with technology after earning their degree; this is
    very important to our customer and to our company :)  Position has plenty of
    room for advancement as the program grows; this is a multi-year contract.
