No offense, but one glaring example of vulnerbilities by port and daemon is www.hack.co.za and it's various mirrors. A haven for script kiddies and pen-testers alike. Of course, it does not get ALL the vulnerabilities as that would be very difficult, but it's a good collection. Pardon me if someone has already mentioned this, I thought it was common knowledge.
