IRC has nothing to do with this.
I was trying to let mIRC communicate with msn messenger by letting the msn
messenger client connect to a local port were mIRC was listening on and then let
mIRC connect to the msn messenger server, then letting mirc send all data
comming from the server to the client and from client -> server.
Then I used the '/sockwrite' command in mIRC to send the nick change command to
    the msn server.
So the users will disconnect from msn messenger, not from IRC.
