Malicious crafted Buddy Icon crashes AIM

I dont know if this has been discussed here but it seems to be some kind of
malicious buddyicon floating around that crashes your AIM client after receving
a messeage from someone who is using this icon and sends a message.

The instruction at 0x77578448 referenced memory at "0x20371644". The memory
could not be "read".
