    Okay its obvious this is just another lame windows DDoS tool that was probably loaded onto your box through a compromise most likely done using unicode strings or the iis 5 .printer exploit...regarding the channel name #penr0x i'm assuming pen(notorious efnet hacker) was probably going to use your box to launch organized DDoS attacks from your windows box. However, knowing pen, i doubt he would be stupid enough to name it joe.exe. Therefore I'm assuming it is someone elses DDoS net. These kinds of utilities are popping up more and more as kids are just learning to tap into the world of NT hacking. =|
