    The problem is ARP requests are broadcasted to all the hosts on the network.
    The ethernet card requested replies to the request.  But that doesn't stop
    any other computer from replying.
    
    Using dsniff with arpspoof you can accomplish this.  Also there is program
    called fragrouter that will forward the data between the targets, hence a
    man in the middle attack on a switched network.
