I cant agree with this one. if he ask for exploit it doesn't means he want to hack the system 1. he might be doing penetration testing. 2. maybe he want to learn how the telnetd can be exploited. 3. don't forget not everyone who using exploits use it to harm. I even read today article saying that Norton made worm in their corporate that does something similar to code green.
