As to the belief that al-Qaeda is technologically sophisticated when it comes to computers, this statement belongs in the same rubbish heap as the CIA's so-called "intelligence" concerning WMD in Iraq. Where's the proof? Where, in fact, is any shred of evidence whatsoever to back up this claim? I come into almost daily contact with "intelligence" that suggests otherwise. It doesn't help us to make wild assertions of this nature. They only draw attention away from the real threats and divert much needed resources into marginally productive areas.
