More than 130 people participated in the Information and Cyberspace Symposium at Fort Leavenworth, according to Col. Wayne A. Parks. He is the director of the U.S. Army Computer Network Operations-Electronic Warfare Proponent, which is based at Fort Leavenworth. Parks said the symposium is the second in a series.
