I think you're a bit late.  http://www.cert.org/summaries/CS-98.05.html
notes the fact that "admw0rm" sometimes accompanies compromises.  A
three second Altavista search returns a handful of URLs where you can
download the full package.  (such as
http://www.rewted.org/files/exploits/ADMw0rm-v1.tgz)
