A distinguished speaker whose name I have cleverly managed to forget
said at a recent security conference that the FBI/CSI statistic
gathering techniques were completely flawed and anyone who had taken
a college course in stats would know better.

therefore 80/20 might mean, 80% of their stats are flawed, 20% are correct,
but no one knows which ...
