    Salient point:

Officials said she fraudulently obtained the user name and
password information for Ramsay's e-mail account.

The Judge, a bit famous from the OKC Bombings:

"Privacy is still a cherished value," ...

The ex had a good point:
Ramsay has compared Lee's actions to someone breaking into her
            home and reading her diary.

Makes for some nice talking points.

Does anyone know what this was in front of a federal U.S. District
Judge? The article did not mention appeals, or who prosecuted.
