    Interestingly enough, I didn't see a any attempt to create an "atmosphere
    of trust", I saw a representative of the DOJ present a talk on why you
    should be okay with the PATRIOT act and why there isn't anything wrong
    while a group of people (apparently mostly law enforcement but not all)
    stood at the back of the room and noted who asked questions and what
    they asked about.
