FIELD INTEGRATION ENGINEER: SECURITY & NETWORKING - BEAVERTON, OR 

Anitian Enterprise Security (www.anitian.com), one of the nation's
leading information security and network infrastructure firms has an
immediate opening for a Field Integration Engineer. This is an
outstanding position for ambitious and self-motivated technology person
who wants to be part of one of the Northwest's best companies. You will
work with both public and private companies to design, deploy and manage
complex network and security technologies.  You will also help build,
manage and support Anitian's managed security offerings.  This is an
excellent opportunity for an experienced network or system administrator
who wants to expand their expertise and work in information security.  

PRIMARY DUTIES
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and manage network and security
technologies
- Work with customers to identify, remediate and test solutions.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls and other components of enterprise
networks. 
- Assist sales staff with pre-sales engineering support. 
- General internal IT functions (system & network administration)
- Document designs, solutions and solutions in a clear and concise
manner.  

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two years experience as a system or network administrator. 
- Expert-level experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.  
- Strong networking experience, preferably with large, enterprise
networks.  
- Experience configuring and managing enterprise-class firewalls and
routers.  
- Experience with the technologies from the following manufacturers is
preferred: CheckPoint, Fortinet, WatchGuard, Juniper, Cisco, Internet
Security Systems, BlueCoat, SecureComputing, F5, 3com, TippingPoint,
McAfee.  
- Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft and SANS certifications are a big plus. 
- Ambitious and self-motivated to succeed. 
- College degree is preferred. 
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business technology problems
with expertise and ingenuity. 
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites and work with a wide range
of people and personalities. 

CONSIDERATIONS
- This is a FULL-TIME position at the Anitian offices (no working from
home)
- Compensation will be base salary + bonuses. 
- Benefit package includes medical, dental, etc. 
- Travel around the Pacific Northwest is required, but should never be
more than a few days.

before being hired.
