One problem in windows is restricting access to communication ports, i.e. serial, parallel, floppy disk. In UNIX this is easy, in windows it isn't. SecureWave makes a product that does this, SecureNT (works in Win9x too though), one of the features is it can make copies of files being copies to A: to a protected directory so you can keep track of what happens.
