    Hello all,

Apparently Mr. Moylan's response earlier left some confusion that caused questions to the
IACIS staff about whether Key Computer Service training provides a coach for the IACIS
external CFCE process. We do not provide a coach or instructor for the IACIS external
CFCE process. An instructor is provided for our training only.
