Hello All,

Just some new information and a couple of reminders:

- The Agenda has been finalized and posted at
http://www.dfrws.org/dfrws2003agenda.html
and now contains detail on all Keynote and Plenary speakers including
Peter Stephenson, Troy Larson, Eoghan Casey to name a few. All talks and
discussions are focused on new emerging technologies with the potential
to bolster and firm up the science behind our young discipline.

- We have included detail to the newly added Exhibits and Poster
Sessions segment at http://www.dfrws.org/epsessions.html.
Here, attendees can see prototype demonstrations from academic research
in areas like 802.11x Wireless ID, applications of Bluetooth, Network
Forensics, and Email Profiling and also hear about international efforts
to address the same challenges we face here in the states.

- A group discussion on an effort to Standardize the HD Imaging Format
has been added to the agenda. Jesse Kornblum will be the chair for that
session and will lead the dialog.

- There will be a Welcome to DFRWS hospitality event at the Marriott Key
Center on August 5th from 7-9 PM. Appetizers, and liquid refreshments
will be served.

- Please remember that, as always, this is a casual event. Please dress
comfortably.

This year's DFRWS is fast approaching. The web page has also been
updated with the latest information on accommodations, transportation,
registration and payment options.

- Rooms are going quickly and the deadline for our DFRWS block of rooms
is midnight July 6th. The DFRWS conference rate will still be available
after this date but a guaranteed room at the workshop hotel may not.

- Midnight July 6th will also be when we start applying the $50.00 late
registration fee. So if you plan on attending please try to register by
that date to avoid the additional fee.

Please jump on over to http://www.dfrws.org and take a look at the new
information and the events we have planned.

Hope to see you all in Cleveland.

Gary
