DMCA Strikes again

    Moderator: please post.  This is off topic, but it applies to all of us in 
    security business.
    
    Another security developer has censored his site citing the DMCA:
    mixter.void.ru has been shutdown presumably by mixter himself, over the DMCA.
    
    This act has implications for all of us.  For example, is it legal to publish 
    vulnerabilities to DVD encryption since it may help people make illegal 
    copies.  I argue, yes.  DMCA: no.  So, it may soon become illegal by legal 
    precident to post things un bugtraq.  This is a problem that needs to be 
    addressed.
