As a Canadian, not directly influenced or affected by this attack, I feel that American based crackers will not be stupid enough to unleash something on an already fragile American public, and I think that foreign ones will be equally wise. A country that has had their landmarks attacked, their chief commerce market's distrupted, will not stand for some little puke trying to infect their computers. This is not to say that someone like the sick prick that who tried to sell the World Trade Center on eBay shortly after the attack, will not unleash a virus that masks itself as, say, a short video file or commentary on the attack, but I think that person woiuld regret it just like the perp's of the attack themselves will.
