Hi,

Cisco released a signature update via their FTP server
(release S17) on Wednesday 13th Feb, and not via CCO.

ftp://ftp-eng.cisco.com/csids-sig-updates/S17/

It was announced using their IDS Active Update
Bulletin #20.
