2001_07_24 patch against 2.4.6

The latest lsm patch is available against 2.4.6

The BitKeeper tree has been updated with this version.

Here's a list of the things that have changed since the 2001_07_06
patch:
 - added Stephen Smalley's patch to remove extraneous return check
 - Serge Hallyn's attach_pathlabel replacement patch
 - Serge Hallyn's patch to rename post_graft with post_addmount.
   Also removes one instance of post_graft that wasn't needed anymore.
 - Wayne Salamon's patch which switched the paramater names around in
   the mmap hook call.
 - greg added variable names to the paramaters in the file_security_ops
   structure
 - greg added more operand checking in the security structure
 - greg added a "Security Framework" chapter to the kernel-api
   documentaion and documented the public functions in security.c for
   it.
 - Bug fix in capability_plug, sysctl method was left out.
 - patch from Serge Hallyn to move post_mountroot to where it can be
   useful :)
 - Stephen Smalley's file_ops receive hook patch
