Thanks for Stephen Smalley pointing out a bug in the current patch.
Attached is a patch (that has been checked in, but this might be easier
for those not using bitkeeper) that fixes the fact that we were passing
the whole struct sched_param on the stack instead of just a pointer.

This patch fixes this problem, and the compile time warning that was
being generated when building the kernel module.
