2001_08_01 patch against 2.4.7

Since a lot of things have changed in the lsm tree since the last patch
release, I decided to cut a new patch.  It is against 2.4.7 and is
available at:
        http://lsm.immunix.org/patches/lsm-2001_08_01-2.4.7.patch.gz
 
Here's a list of the things that have changed since the 2001_07_24
patch:
	- skb hooks added by James Morris
	- ip networking hooks added by James Morris
	- network devices hooks added by James Morris
	- socket hooks by Chris Vance.
	- very small bug fix to ip hooks by greg k-h
	- added setpgid, getpgid, getsid, getscheduler, and updated the
	  setscheduler hooks by Lachlan McIlroy

A few people have reported problems with unloading the capability
module, so testing is a good idea right now :)
