Left off the list (which is my fault, because I spoke with Tim about this issue
on Friday) is RAID: Recent Advances in Intrusion Detection in Davis California
in October http://www.raid-symposium.org/raid2001/ I will be attending, and
speaking on the Thursday Oct. 11 panel on Intrusion Tolerance.

I will be attending the IEEE/Oakland conference in May'02. Oakland is the
Mount Olympus of security conferences, but is somewhat more theoretical than
    many of the LSM participants.

I might attend the NDSS conference in San Diego in February'02, especially if
motivated by an LSM BOF. NDSS is a very high quality conference, with a lot of
well-founded theory and practical work, and an emphasis on network security.

BOF's at USENIX and USENIX Security seem obvious, but it's a tad early to start
    planning them.
