    If we're actually looking at a release date, and considering appeal to a
    broader community, then I agree with Richard that we should look ath who we're
    dealing with.  ALS might be appropriate, but the important issue, ultimately,
    is Linus.
    
    However, I think all of that is fairly premature.  I propose an LSM BOF at
    RAID, simply because I'm going to be there.  If I'm the only one, then forget
    it :-)
