Something to state: Please get this sorted out and _CLEARLY_ documented. Nothing is worse then an ambiguous license. Look what happened with IPF ("oh, it was never open source, it's mine") among others. I personally think a license people don't like but is clearly written is better then one that people like but isn't clearly written. Also be careful making modifications to existing licenses (i.e. use a sort of gpl/lgpl/whatever) because what may seem like a sane change would be interpeted differently by a lawyer/court. Aaaanyways, I'm gonna crawl back into my little hole now and wait for the next Immunix release ;).
