Attached is the latest authoritative hooks patch (against ChangeSetat_private,
2001-10-10 01:05:40-07:00, chrisat_private)

Apart from updating to 2.4.11 the only things that has changed is that some
of the key post_* hooks have been moved so that they are always called
immaterial of error value. This idea seemed to have been accepted at the
beginning but no patches were ever accepted to implement it.

The documentation has been updated to reflect the relative position of the
post_hooks.
