    Subject: TE/DTE Patent issues?

Hi there. I'm still confused about the TE and DTE patent issues. I'm
currently rolling something out and can't wait any longer for
clarification. Its not totally clear that it would fall under the term
"commercial use" .. but one of the reasons I've gone with Free software
    is to *avoid* licensing issues.

I just thought I'd check one more time. Are we still waiting for the
latest "official" word from the patent holders?

    Thanks.
