Sure. But as we are trying to get the LSM patch accepted into the main kernel, we have to justify every hook that we want to have. And that can only be done by saying, the FOO module over there, needs this hook in order to implement's their BAR style security module. Without that, the hook will not be accepted. If a new security module comes along that needs more hooks, we can add them at that point in time. Nothing's fixed in stone here.
