You need the module-init-tools package from Rusty.  It's at:
	kernel.org/..../kernel/people/rusty/modules

I'd recommend getting the modutils src.rpm package on that site and
building and installing it.  That works better for 2.4 backwards
compatiblity.

If you have debian, just install the module-init-tools package the
normal way.
