There was a 'stacker' LSM discussed a while ago, which seems to have
evaporated.  Anybody know the current status?

One thing it was supposed to particularly address was stacking the
capabilities and owlsm modules, which are orthogonal to each other, but
which won't auto-stack each other in the 2.5.70-lsm1 version, as neither
one implements {un}register_security hooks.
