The addition of the disclaimer message at the end of my EMails is motivated by an act of the U.S. Congress that can bind you to a contract with just a mouse click. I am just taking a defensive posture with respect to online contract signature. I'm in business and I have to be cautious all the time, Dr. Andy Grove is right. He says "..only the paranoid survive".. The need for me to add a disclaimer to my EMail raises in my mind questions about authentication prior to signature. Who is signing an online contract?
