    Jamie,

I'd normally not answer this on the list, but I need to say the we have a
single support call on file coming in on the evening of September, 17th and
answered on Spetember 18th around noon by Andre Lorbach. This support call
was from Raj Grewal. I would consider it to be fair practice if you could
check with your collague before stating that we do not support out products.
I'll send you a copy via private mail.

We have many customers and are especially proud of offering responsive
support. Please note that I will not post another message on this issue to
the mailing list, no matter what your response is. I am just saying this if
somebody wonders why I don't reply to your response. I will, however,
happily reply via private mail. If you'd like to address me directly, please
email to rgerhardsat_private You do also have our full address and
contact information, at least you had it when you placed your purchase order
;-) Once again, the phone is +49-2235-985004 (as can also be seen on our web
site and is printed on the invoice that came with the delivery mail).

I am sorry for any problems you experience. We are eager to solve them.

    Rainer
