    insight re: SEC regulated entities.  The FFIEC (banking) web site may provide
    some guidance at www.ffiec.gov.  As you are probably aware, these regulations
    are purposely drafted using a broad brush, so you may have to read between the
    lines..........  Good luck (and consult your securities/regulatory attorney).
