Hello all again,

    Just so you all don't think I'm jumping into this completely
uneducated -- I did read through the counterpane log-analysis page, and
there are tons of options listed there.   What I really should have
asked for is if someone could suggest one or a few of those (i.e. an
already assembled package) above all others, given my situation.

Just wanted to clear that up for everyone before I'm flamed with RTFM.
