Oh I dunno, invite him for a weekend on Haiti or somewhere
and have his ass kicked there. Theres a workaround for every
problem!

As for DDoS, well that affects a number of other peoples
systems, quite probably interfering with their services etc. 
Now that can't be legal in the USA, can it? At the very least
he could be buried in legalisms!
