    This is personal research. It won't be under a GPL type license, it'll be
    under a "research/noncommercial use" source distribution. So anyone who
    wants it can have it. The syslog parser is actually just a tiny piece of
    the whole thing; I need to get that working right now to get a reasonable
    source of inputs into the rest of the system. :)  It's still half-baked; I will
    be releasing pieces of the system on CDROM at SANS in April.
