cron run-parts bug?

it sounds ridiculous, but when i got script named
/etc/cron.daily/SH.backup   its not executed by cron (run-parts to be
exact). 

when i renamed it to /etc/cron.daily/backup  cron runs it (among others).

Havent got time to confirm and check it now, but could someone confirm it?
