It very much depends on your specific needs, which I can't guess from
what was said so far.

Here's yet another option: install Owl 3 (or better yet - Owl-current)
into a VM, then create OpenVZ containers inside that - including
possibly cloning (e.g. with tar over ssh) your remote WebEnabled VPS
into a container like this.  Note that Owl 3+ has OpenVZ support out of
the box (unlike Owl 2).  WebEnabled host servers actually run Owl 3 (or
very similar).
