11760 - bodyonly:1

10957 - change to use http_keepalive.inc and bodyonly:1
11010 - change to use http_keepalive.inc and bodyonly:1
11828 - added cve
11393 - change pattern[0] to pattern[1]
11642 - add cve, fix regex "9\.[01]" -> "9\.0\.[01]"
11321 - added trailing "/" to regex to stop false +ve against 8.12.10
11386 - make safe mode just be a banner check. previous safe mode was
prone to false +ve.
