But a federal Appeals Court now considering the case has harshly criticized the ruling, as well as Jackson's comments to journalists covering the case. Asked if there was any chance that the Appeals Court would uphold the current judgment against Microsoft, Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller replied, ''probably not in its entirety.''
