Otto Schily, Germany's interior minister, plans to visit the U.S. this fall
in attempt to shut down right-wing, hate Web sites hosted in the U.S. that
are directed toward a German audience, according to Mr. Schily's spokesman.
Spokesman Dirk Inger told Newsbytes that Schily would meet with U.S.
government officials to discuss possible methods of shutting down the Web
    sites...
Schily added: "We want to examine together the possibilities of using civil
laws to sue the creators of right-wing Web sites based in the USA that have
    an effect in Germany."
