FC: Date correction: CFP for CFP submissions due in November

    Declan, reread Barry's note: he's asking for proposals for a November 15th 
    deadline "to receive priority consideration," and "the Program Committee 
    will notify submitters of the status of proposals no later than January 1, 
    2003."
    
    So, while there's a lot of wiggle room in that wording (e.g., I'm sure 
    they'll still be finalizing the program after January 1st), it's most 
    certainly not the case that "submissions due in January"... you ought to 
    post a correction of the date in your subject line.
