    there is actually a case from the US COurt of Apppeals for the Sixth
    Circuit, Bankers Trust v. Procter & Gamble, 78 F.3d --- (I am in Dallas
    and do not have ready access to research), where the dissemination was a
    reason why prior restraint was impermissible.  As I recall, anyway
