    Does this mean that after "Broadcast Flags" are implemented, I'll be able 
    to watch high-value content like CBS's "The Reagans"' miniseries as a free, 
    over-the-air broadcast instead of  being forced to subscribe to the 
    Showtime cable network to see it?
