    After a discussion on Super-DMCA laws this afternoon, it would seem under 
    Illinois law that both the individual using the wireless service without 
    authorization could be brought up on criminal and civil charges.  On the 
    other hand, the wireless customer who uses encryption to restrict access 
    could also be interpreted to have violated the statute.  Catch-22.
